About Miranda
I am a certified 200 hr yoga instructor. I specialize in Vinyasa yoga with some aspects of Dharma yoga included. I incorporate meditation and breathing techniques into my practice. I have been teaching yoga on a volunteer basis for over a year, both in and out of studio. I am comfortable teaching one-on-one as well as large group classes.

I like to adjust the practice according to the needs of each student. I consider my classes to be very personal, even in large group settings. Some days, I like to make the class a very mindful, gentle pace, while other days it will be a fun and challenging workout. Either way, the students will gain a comfortable understanding of the routine and flow. The last 10-15 minutes of class are completely dedicated to savasana (meditation) and breathing techniques.
