About Shilpi

I’m a certified RYT 500 Yoga Instructor with advanced training in Therapeutic and Face Yoga.
Yoga has been my passion since childhood. After working as an HR professional, I followed my heart and completed my certifications in yoga.
Over the years, I’ve taught both online and in yoga studios, helping students reconnect with themselves through gentle, holistic practices that nurture both body and mind.

My approach is calm, supportive, and personalized — focused on helping you find balance, flexibility, and inner peace, wherever you are in your yoga journey.

About the lesson

Yoga is not just about twisting your body and doing the most difficult asana. It’s about giving time to the higher self within you and focusing on the life force called prana (breath).

My classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation. Each 60-minute session flows gently through Hatha, Therapeutic, or Face Yoga practices. Lessons are tailored for beginners and intermediate students seeking balance, calm, and strength in body and mind.
