*Namaste! I'm [Arjun] from Delhi, India *
*I'm a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher from Rishikesh - the birthplace of yoga. But my real qualification? I healed my own body first.*
*My Story:*
*2 years back I was stuck in a 9-5 desk job. 10+ hours on laptop gave me severe Anterior Pelvic Tilt, lower back pain, and a hunchback. I looked 10 years older.*
*Doctors gave painkillers. Physio didn't work long-term.*
*Then I found yoga. I quit my job, went to Rishikesh, fixed my posture, and became a teacher.*
*Now I help people like YOU - busy professionals who sit all day - fix their back without medicines.*
