About Siobhan
My approuch to teaching is to share my passion for health and holistic wellbeing. Cultivating strength, flexibility, mobility and breath. Taking the intentional time to nurture and tune into your mind and body.
I love to incorporate breath work and moments of meditation/mindfulness into the sessions as I believe it allows the opportunity for us to become aware of our internal environment.
As a working professional dancer too, I value the importance of health and physical wellbeing and have extensive knowledge of the human anatomy, its functioning and how to build a program to best address physical wellbeing.

Lessons are conducted Online via Zoom/Google share streaming platforms
- Can be individual and tailored to your needs/goals
- Can be Organised group sessions with targeted ability level (Beginners- Advanced)
- Lessons are typically 45 minutes/60 minutes in length
Depending on individual's needs/goals, we can also create an easily accessible program to take with you throughout your daily life.

Private sessions
$40 for 45minute sessions
$50 for 60 minute sessions
Small group classes (minimum 3 people)
$25 per person for 45 minute session
$30 per person for 60 minute session
