Don and I worked on my IB History IA in a rather short time frame. In our first trial lesson we made a detailed plan on how to tackle the task and managed to reach our goal accordingly. Throughout all lessons Don continuously showed great knowledge on the topic and was able to give me insight with a different perspective when I felt stuck. One of his best qualities is that Don is able to truly listen and understand his students needs, before figuring out a way to explain concepts that makes sense to them. I am thankful for his tutoring and you can be sure that he will always put in the extra effort to make your work the best it can possibly be. As a bonus you will always be able to laugh together, as Don has a great sense of humor :) I can wholeheartedly recommend Don as a tutor!

Donald is an absolutely wonderful tutor. He is kind, patient, and really dedicated to teaching. He was quickly able to determine the best way to teach my son - often they are strategies that are quite clever - and through it, I myself have learned more about how my son operates. My husband and I sometimes hear the lessons within earshot and are continually impressed by my son's growth in knowledge and curiosity. Donald will also send periodic updates on my son's progress, which is appreciated, and it reflects Donald's persistent effort in teaching. In short, Donald is topnotch!
