About Mansi
I started teaching prenatal yoga because I truly believe every mother deserves a healthy, calm, and confident pregnancy journey. Sharing my knowledge with my students is more than teaching yoga to me — it is about supporting women during one of the most beautiful phases of life. Seeing mothers feel stronger, happier, and more connected with themselves and their babies is the biggest reward for me.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey that deserves care, strength, and peace. Prenatal yoga helps mothers stay active, reduce stress, improve flexibility, and prepare both body and mind for motherhood. My classes create a safe and calming space where every mom can feel confident, healthy, and connected with her baby through gentle movement and mindful breathing.
