About Pavithra
Hello, Future Students!
I’m a certified Yoga Instructor, Pregnancy Fitness Educator, and Childbirth Educator with a deep passion for helping expecting mothers lead healthier and more comfortable pregnancies. I have completed my instructor training at Vivekananda University, Jigini, and have spent years guiding individuals through fitness journeys, weight loss, and healthy lifestyle changes.
Why do I want to share my knowledge in Prenatal Yoga and Fitness?
During pregnancy, a woman's body goes through incredible changes. I want to help you stay fit, feel confident, and connect with your body as it transforms to support new life. Prenatal yoga and fitness can offer immense benefits, from alleviating common discomforts like back pain to preparing you physically and mentally for labor and delivery.
