I received my 200 Hour RYT in 2023 and have been teaching weekly in person classes since, and I am so passionate about what i do. I’m looking to deepens my practice along with my teaching, and i’m always ready to learn more.

If you have an interest in yoga please do this for yourself and give it a chance. Beginning can be so intimidating but the mental and physical response you’ll have is so worth it, and I truly believe yoga is medicine. No matter what age, and you don’t have to be flexible, yoga is breath and movement and I can accommodate anyone.
