About Shreya

I am a certified physiotherapist and a Master’s Physiotherapy student with a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation women’s health and holistic recovery. I believe in creating a comfortable supportive and motivating environment where clients feel heard and confident throughout their recovery journey. My goal is to help people move better reduce pain improve posture and regain strength through personalized evidence-based care and exercise therapy

About the lesson

I am a certified physiotherapist specializing in orthopaedic rehabilitation prenatal and postnatal care for adults and women of all age groups. My sessions are personalized according to each client’s pain mobility posture and recovery goals. I focus on evidence based treatment exercise therapy posture correction strengthening and long term wellness in a comfortable supportive and holistic environment.
