I'm here to provide help for anyone who needs personal training guidance whether it has to do with strength, losing weight, flexibility or stress relief through physical exercise.
Exercise is Medicine. Exercise should be for everyone and that with the right guidance anyone could achieve their goals, whether it has to do with their physical appearance or their psychological health and happiness.

Certified personal trainer and physical education & sports teacher with a Bachelor's Degree in the Science of Physical Education & Sports from the Aristotle University in Greece. With more than 18 years of working experience in the training industry, my research field of interest and practice has been the training results of the hormonal and skeletal muscle adaptations to each person's physique and psychological status.
Under proper guidance Exercise is Medicine. Exercise should be for everyone and that with the right guidance anyone could achieve their goals, whether it has to do with their physical appearance or their psychological health and happiness.
The class length is 50 minutes and is done in English.
