I am Vishal Mor, a dedicated Personal Trainer, Head Coach, and National Level Boxing Coach with over six years of professional experience in the fitness industry. My passion lies in helping individuals transform their health and confidence through structured, personalized training programs tailored to their unique goals and abilities.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to individuals seeking advanced conditioning and boxing training. I am known for my disciplined yet supportive coaching style, emphasizing proper technique, injury prevention, posture improvement, and long-term sustainability.

In addition to personal training, I have experience mentoring junior trainers and managing group fitness environments, which has strengthened my leadership and communication skills. My certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, female fitness, and special population fitness allow me to deliver safe, inclusive, and effective coaching for people of all backgrounds.
