Hello, I’m Aishwarya, a certified yoga instructor with 300 hours of professional training. My journey with yoga began as a personal practice and gradually evolved into a passion for teaching and helping others improve their physical and mental well-being. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and I enjoy guiding students with patience, clarity, and mindful awareness to build a consistent and balanced yoga practice.

My online yoga classes are designed to help students build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental calm in a safe and mindful way. I am a certified yoga instructor with 300 hours of training, and I focus on correct alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progress.
Each session is personalized based on individual goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations. Classes include warm-ups, asana practice, pranayama, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Sessions are conducted online through Zoom or Google Meet at convenient timings.
