Hello! I'm Moaz Magdy Mohamed, and I'm here to transform the way you approach fitness. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Trainer dedicated to helping you achieve lasting body recomposition, whether your goal is sustainable fat loss or lean mass gain. My Teaching Method and Techniques
My coaching method is a holistic and data-driven approach focused on achieving sustainable body recomposition (fat loss or lean mass gain). I combine the practical expertise gained from delivering over 70 hands-on training sessions with continuous online monitoring.

Video Library & Form Correction: I provide access to a comprehensive workout video library covering strength, cardio, mobility, and corrective exercises. This allows you to train independently with proper technique and injury prevention as the priority.



Immediate Feedback & Motivation: I offer real-time motivation and feedback during check-ins to help you break through plateaus and maintain long-term consistency.

Lifestyle Optimization: My instruction goes beyond just sets and reps; I advise on lifestyle optimization strategies that are critical for long-term success but often overlooked in traditional coaching.

A Typical Lesson Plan (Weekly Cycle)
While my coaching is ongoing, the core "lesson" cycle occurs weekly to ensure maximum accountability and progress:


Plan Delivery (Start of Week): You receive your personalized, updated nutrition plan and structured workout schedule.


Independent Training: You execute the workout plan, using my video library as a guide for proper form.


Mid-Week Check-in (Data Collection): You log and submit updates on your daily weight fluctuations, calorie intake, and any challenges you faced.


Weekly Online "Lesson" (Review & Adjust): We connect to discuss the collected data, assess progress against our goals (aiming for 1-2 kg monthly rate in fat loss or lean mass gain ), address form questions, troubleshoot adherence issues, and make necessary adjustments to your plan for the following week.
