About Punam
I am a meditator for the last 14 years and a certified meditation trainer. I have transformed many lives through meditation and other healing modalities by helping people create calm and focused minds, emotional balance, and inner transformation during last 3 years.
My teaching approach is warm, practical, and beginner-friendly.
My sessions are based on a structured meditation approach focusing on participants’ unique requirements. This helps to change deep behavioral negative patterns rather than only working on mental and surface level. Over time, I have guided meditation sessions focused on stress relief, anxiety management, emotional healing, self-love, mindfulness, focus enhancement, and inner peace. My sessions combine guided meditation, breathwork, relaxation techniques, visualization, and positive affirmations that can be easily practiced in daily life.
