About Deepa
Begin to read with a beautiful smile. It is never too late to start Yoga. A person becomes more energetic and confident when they understand fitness. I will connect you with small and ultimate techniques of asanas, meditation, pranayam, which will make exercise more effective. I am a Fitness expert from Symbiosis, Pune. Also Reebok certified in Aerobics and Step aerobics. Recently have completed my International Yoga Teacher Training certification and Prenatal/postnatal Yoga certification from RFM academy, Yoga Alliance, USA.
