About Steven
I’m Steven, a passionate yoga professional with over 15 years of dedicated practice. My journey with yoga began in the 3rd grade, and today, I proudly serve as a Certified International Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance USA) and Yoga Therapist (S-VYASA University, Bangalore | Bodhi School of Yoga).
I specialize in helping individuals restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through the therapeutic power of yoga. From managing lifestyle disorders like PCOS, thyroid, and back pain to guiding breathwork for anxiety and stress, my approach is deeply rooted in both ancient tradition and modern science.
