About Juan
I am a Certified Combat Fitness and Functional Training Instructor (International Certifications). More than 3 years of experience working in clubs and gymnasiums, conducting several types o classes and training such as Combat Fitness, Functional Training, Local Training (regular and adapted to the elderly) and workshops of postural training and assisted stretching.
