About Bhumika
I believe yoga is one of the most effective ways to nourish both body and mind. As a certified teacher (TTC completed) with experience in online instruction, I help students improve their physical strength and emotional balance from the comfort of their home. Passionate about continuous learning, I am currently expanding my expertise through courses at the prestigious Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi.

Starting yoga can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! My classes are specifically designed for complete beginners who want to build strength, improve flexibility, and find mental calm at their own comfortable pace.
What We Will Focus On:
1) Gentle, foundational postures (asanas) with a strong focus on breathwork, alignment, and balance.
2) Guided deep relaxation and conscious sleep techniques to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and reset your mind.
3) Clear instructions on how to practice safely to prevent strain or injury.
