About Emilie

My name is Emilie and I teach Hatha Yoga in one-to-one, group and companies in Ile de France, near Versailles. I discovered Hatha Yoga 10 years ago, in my first year of Business School, at Skema with Antoinette Maloberti. This discipline allows me to know my body and soothe the mind especially through the work on breathing (also known as Pranayamas).
My life seemed quite mapped and sorted out, preparatory class, business school, and early career in marketing, however I found myself in search of a greater meaning. For my 30th birthday, I offered myself the most beautiful gift: that of following a Teacher Training Course to become a Yoga teacher. Obviously, I went to India at Samyak Yoga Mysore. I spent a wonderful month there, very intense physically and emotionally and above all, I got to meet wonderful people.
I learn and teach with all my heart and hope to pass my passion on to you. Do not hesitate to contact me for any information and to book a course.

About the lesson

I offer tailor-made courses, designed for your needs in the total respect of your body and your abilities, while showing you that you are capable of much more than you think.
I learnt in India at Samyak Yoga in Mysore, where I did a 200h Intensive Training in Hatha Yoga. I developped new skills at the Institut de Gasquet in Paris with training on her Fundamentals and "Yoga sans dégâts" (aka without damage.)
I start my sessions with a warm-up, then standing postures, then sitting, ending with inversions and finally relaxation. I show you and stay by your side to adjust and make sure you are secure in the asanas. You will feel a real well-being and peace of mind during and after the session.
