It’s a rare opportunity in the area we live in to come into contact with someone like Sakshi. Her great respect for yoga, for the people that attend classes.
Sakshi is extremely aware of the mind- body connection. Her senses are highly attuned and I can tell from watching her in class and discussing yoga with her that she understands and feels the deep healing benefits of yoga beyond the physical realm.
She have a good hands in Pranayama and meditation.
