About Hannah
Yoga is a central part of my personal movement and well-being practice. Alongside yoga, I have a background in dance and regularly participate in strength training and other forms of movement.
I particularly enjoy exploring the relationship between strength, mobility, flexibility and body awareness, and bringing this understanding into my classes.

200-hour qualified Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, trained through Yoga Renew and experienced teaching as a relief teacher at Empire Studios in Auckland.
I am passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive and thoughtfully sequenced classes that help students build strength, mobility, body awareness and confidence. My teaching style combines clear instruction with an encouraging and relaxed approach, allowing students to work at a level that feels right for their body.
30-75min classes for all ages, beginner - Level 2.
