About Soumya
I have been teaching Yoga for more than 8 years and am deeply passionate about sharing the knowledge with as many people as I can to help them improve not just their physical health but have better mental health.
The improvement I see in my students is deeply rewarding and I aspire to spread the magic of Yog Sadhana to people who are ready to take the step towards a healthier future.
