About Charity
I am a Competitive Gymnastics/Tumbling Coach and a ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I did gymnastics for 11 year and I’m extremely passionate about it. I Graduated from Ohio State and got my Bachelors in Psychology and Nutrition. I love coaching gymnastics and fitness

My coaching method is based off of competitive gymnastics. So I do a lot of drills to get the form down because that’s important. Although I believe form is important I also believe that gymnastics and fitness should be fun as well. So I combine the two and it gives the best results!
