About Hema Sri

Hi! I'm a passionate musician and music educator with years of training and teaching experience. I hold a Grade 8 certification in Piano & Music Theory from Trinity College London and have been helping students build confidence in music through engaging and personalized lessons.

I believe that music theory should never feel intimidating or overly technical. My goal is to make concepts simple, relatable, and enjoyable by connecting theory with real music and practical examples. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit their pace, age, and individual goals.

Whether you're preparing for Trinity or LCM examinations, looking to strengthen your sight reading and musical knowledge skills, or simply curious about how music works, I'm here to guide you with patience, creativity, and encouragement.

Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a student gain confidence and develop a genuine love for music. I look forward to helping you on your musical journey!

Alongside, I have also pursued formal Vocal training in Carnatic - Indian Classical Music, giving me a broader understanding of musicianship and musical expression.

As a Trinity College London Grade 8 pianist with years of musical training and teaching experience, I understand the challenges students face and adapt my teaching style to suit every learner. My aim is not only to help students achieve excellent exam results but also to develop genuine musical understanding that lasts beyond the classroom.
