About Ruqaiya
I am a Yoga trainer by profession and have been giving private classes for 5 years now. I started my career by teaching Yoga to Kids and with time enhanced my knowledge by combining the flavor of Pilates to Yoga which in turn makes it fun and involves every muscle of your body. I start with basics of Yoga and as I specialize in Hatha yoga, I aim at covering asanas in Hatha yoga.
I go by the student's grasping speed and flexibility. Every class has a new module and a new set of asanas . It is not just the teaching of Yoga but understanding our body anatomy and how it responds to different asanas. Module also covers Yogalates (Yoga + Pilates), Meditation, Yog nidra, chakra healing etc.

Ruqaiya is a fab teacher. She has complete grasp over the language and connects with the students at their level. I highly recommend her!
She has an in depth knowledge of German knowledge and with it exhibits lot of patience while teaching, She generates her passion for the language in her classes and this motivates the students and helps them focus and engage with the language. She uses apps that are more student-friendly and activities that students can personally connect to.
