I am a 250 HR(and counting) certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for over 3 years and I've been teaching yoga for a little over 1 year. I love the Lord God with all of my heart and I want to spread His love through Yoga.

Christian Yoga philosophy is this: "Yoga is the connection between YOUR mind, YOUR body, YOUR spirit, and THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Yoga is known to bring peace, comfort, and love. Well, Jesus Christ brings those things too. SO...Why not put them together?
Come honor God with your body, as it says to do in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and lets spread God's love through Yoga!
