About Dev
Over the past three years, I have delivered trusted chair yoga and mindfulness programs across Australian and Indian aged care, retirement living and community settings. As an Ayush Ministry Certified Chair yoga teacher, I use a friendly, engaging and easy-to-follow teaching style that makes every participant feel comfortable and included. My sessions combine global best practices with compassion to support mobility, confidence, relaxation and overall well-being.

My sessions are an hour in length which includes
- warm exercises from head to toe
- spine stretches - the 5 necessary spine movement for wellbeing and flexibility
- tapping and clapping for activating nerve endings
- Chair Poses- aasan
- Breathwork- various breathing patterns
- Meditation- closing with meditation
