About Sunil

I am an AYUSH (Government) Certified Yoga Evaluator and Trainer (YCB Level-3). I have completed 900 hrs Yoga Training from The Yoga Institute (RYT 500 hrs). Further, I have completed RYT 200 hr training from Mysore. I am a passionate Yoga practitioner and a Martial Arts Practitioner. My aim is to equip today's youth with the essential life skills that Yoga, Martial Arts and Chess teach. I harbor a deep desire to share my knowledge with as many students as possible so that maximum people can benefit from the same.

About the lesson

I have in-depth knowledge of body types and nutrition and therefore I am able to provide holistic guidance to my students, tailor-made according to each student, right from how they should alter their diet to which exercises they should practice for a healthy and better lifestyle.
