About Raajyashree
I am a master's graduate in Botany and have worked as a lecturer in college for years. Slowly, I was attracted to yoga when I was going through depression. I tried different ways to come out of it. I met a psychiatrist and was on antidepressants for some time, which would help me for a short time, but yoga helped me come out of depression completely, and thus I decided to help many others to fight depression.
