About Jasimini
I am a fully certified 250hr Yoga & Meditation Teacher with 6 years of dedicated personal practice and 2 years of professional teaching experience. While my foundational training is rooted in the precise alignment of Hatha Yoga, my personal practice and teaching style are fast-paced, fluid, and empowering.
I believe yoga should be highly functional. I focus heavily on hip mobility and strength, helping you move better both on and off the mat. I am passionate about making both intense physical movement and deep meditation accessible, down-to-earth, and highly rewarding.

We combine fluid, sweat-inducing Power Vinyasa flows—sometimes integrating light weights for a full-body sculpt—with targeted functional movement to radically improve hip and joint mobility. We always finish with a dedicated, nervous-system-resetting guided meditation.
