About Kristen
I have a B.S. degree in Exercise Science, am a Certified 200-hour RYT, and a Certified Integrative Health Coach. I teach a variety of fitness classes including aqua, yoga, barre, and strength training classes. Yoga is one of my favorite classes to teach because it is breath focused.

I teach classes to students who are just beginning a yoga practice. Yoga is a practice designed for any body type. I encourage my students to notice how the movements feel in their bodies. There is no right or wrong way to do yoga!
