About Teacher
I’ve been in corporate training for over a decade, taught school English in the Netherlands, taught ESL to Nigerian, Ghanaian, Congolese students in South Africa and online. I spent a year in France teaching industry ESL to yacht crews. I have taught skills English to companies internationally, both on site and online. I speak Dutch, an acquired second language. I am well travelled and versed in business - as such I am able to cover a very wide topic scope. I am able to assist with special needs learners, pending an assessment.

I believe in keeping lesson content relevant to the student. The mind absorbs information more acutely when interest is prickled. I record my lessons, each student receives a copy of their lesson for reference purposes.
In larger classes I encourage group work.
I make use of visual media and smart technologies in my teaching and do my best to let my students do the talking while I elicit.
