Hi, Welcome, my classes are for all levels , whether you are a beginner or advanced or all ages (kids, teens, adults and old adults)-
Capoeira is a Brazilian art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. Class give you the chance to burn up to calories per class while learning self defense, gainging flexibility, portuguese and having fun.
