About Daniel
I’m a History graduate and current PhD offer-holder from the University of Cambridge, where I graduated with Distinction (First).
The Humanities are not just academic subjects. They teach you how to reason, think, and communicate: skills that matter in every area of life (job interviews, essays, every career from politics to law).
I decided to tutor on here because I genuinely enjoy helping students find their confidence on the page. I started out exactly where you are now, staring at that empty page, stringing together half-formed arguments and hoping for the best. But over the past few years of my life, I have been trained to write with precision. This is something you can learn too and it will stick with you and improve you long after our lessons are over.
I meet students where they are and build from there. Whether you are struggling to structure an essay, preparing for a high-stakes exam, or putting together your Oxbridge research proposal, I’ll give you honest, practical, and sometimes firm guidance.
