About Hira

I am passionate cake artist and home baker with years of experience creating custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions. Baking has always been more than a hobby for me.
My goal is to help students build confidence and start home baking or continue their passion

About the lesson

In my classes, you'll learn essential baking skills, including baking soft and moist cakes, preparing buttercream and ganache, crumb coating, smooth frosting, piping techniques, fondant basics, cake stacking, and simple yet elegant cake decoration.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the topic and your learning pace.
