About Wendy
Hello, I'm Wendy, a qualified TEFL tutor with over 15 years of experience teaching Business English in international corporate environments and more than 10 years of experience working with learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. I am passionate about helping students build confidence and achieve their English language goals through engaging, personalized lessons.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and results-focused. I understand that every learner is different, so I tailor each lesson to your individual needs, whether you're improving your Business English, preparing for interviews or presentations, or developing your everyday communication skills. As a French speaker, I also understand the challenges of learning a second language and can provide additional support for French-speaking learners when needed.

I use a communicative, learner-centred teaching approach that combines conversation, authentic business scenarios, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and personalised feedback to ensure you gain confidence and achieve measurable results. Lessons are delivered online and are available in 30- or 60-minute sessions to suit your schedule.
I bring over 15 years of experience teaching Business English within international corporations, helping professionals communicate confidently in global workplaces. As an Australian native speaker as well as a fluent French speaker and qualified TEFL trainer/tutor, I understand the challenges that language learners face and can provide additional support for French-speaking students when needed. I also have more than 10 years of experience working with learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, enabling me to adapt my teaching style to suit each student's learning preferences and objectives.
My lessons are ideal for adult learners, university students, business professionals, executives, and motivated teenagers, from beginner to advanced levels.
