Travel beyond 45 minutes will incur an additional £15 charge.

Online sessions do not incur travel charges.

The session time shall begin counting from the agreed-upon start time, regardless of the student's arrival time or readiness. Any delay in the learner’s arrival or availability, for any reason, shall not entitle the learner to an extension of the scheduled session duration. There is no obligation to make up for lost time due to such delays.

Should the student wish to receive the full duration of the session despite a late start, and this results in the session extending beyond the original scheduled end time, the additional time shall be treated as a separate session and billed accordingly. The student agrees to pay all such additional charges prior to the conclusion of the extended service. The additional charge is half-session if the delay is up to fifteen (15) minutes, or one full session if the delay exceeds fifteen (15) minutes.

In the event that I am late to begin a scheduled session, the student shall have the option to receive a complimentary half-session if the delay is up to fifteen (15) minutes on top of the initially booked session, or one full complimentary session if the delay exceeds fifteen (15) minutes. The complimentary session shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time or right after the currently booked session.

Any requests for any such extensions will be subject to discretion and availability.

Booked sessions can't be cancelled and are not refundable. They can be rescheduled on a discretionary basis and need to be used within a 7 calendar day period after the initial booking time.
