About Brandon

Having gone through many meditation retreats, a 2-year monastic life, 6 months of intensive meditation instruction, and 2 years of teaching meditation, I am confident we will be able to achieve a level of practice that will provide constant peace.

I teach a simple and effective breathing/ body awareness meditation practiced by a number of Buddhist meditation masters.

This method is easy to pick up by beginners and very rewarding at its mastery.

Lessons are typically 30 to 60 minutes, with 10-20 minutes of instruction and Q&A.
