About Shrijesh

Actually today is the day where roaming outside or being under fresh air with people or friends around enjoying the time is not possible due to this pandemic...hence as a result we are blocked within 4 walls around..so this is the high time for people getting connected virtually and to get quality materials from their mentors about the importance of the indigenous materials.. yes.. The term ''yoga''.

About the lesson

Now it's the chance to try out online/virtual mode of yoga classes and spread the knowledge and importance of yogic practices in our daily life. Making students or learners friendly and comfortable with yogasanas and make them acquire the basic idea of performing them.
