About Jess
Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a British yoga teacher currently living in Dubai. I am a second-generation yoga teacher and completed my 200hrs Yoga Alliance qualification in August 2025. My love of yoga has been lifelong, dipping in and out whenever I needed it in life, so I understand the need to fit wellness in around a busy life!
My goal is to help you feel strong, flexible and - most of all - confident in your body and your abilities. I can work with individuals or pairs in the comfort of your own home, where your privacy, schedule, and personal preferences can be met.

Whatever your level, I will meet you where you are. I will build a personalized program based on your goals and requirements. Want to learn to headstand? Want to touch your toes? Tight shoulders and sore legs after work? I can help you!
My teaching style is fun and flowing - I’ll encourage you to push yourself and exceed your expectations, while also enjoying learning new postures. In my classes it’s okay to fall, it’s encouraged to get sweaty, and you don’t have to look good while practicing!
