About Natalie
After a decade of dabbling with yoga, I finally fell in love with the practice when I found an incredible teacher that finally made me realise what yoga really is! It was the first time in my life that I felt the true benefit of yoga and her classes for me through a very difficult time in my personal life.
She inspired me to want to learn to teach and I trained with British Wheel of Yoga in London over a period of 3 years and received my 500 hour diploma.
My course had a strong emphasis on yoga philosophy and making classes all inclusive. Anybody and any body can do yoga
