About Dr Ann

I am a passionate and highly experienced teacher and tutor in Anatomy, Biochemistry, Biology, Cell Biology, Biological Science, Health Studies, Human Biology and Physiology. I am also available for Assignment/Essay Proof-Reading and Editing.

With many years experience in teaching, advising and tutoring students of all ages and backgrounds (primary, secondary and university levels) in the above courses/subjects, I believe I know how to help students reach their full potential and academic, personal and professional success.

I am a very dedicated, skilled and passionate teacher and these qualities have been recognised by universities as well as the Australian government. I have won a number of national teaching and learning awards and citations throughout my career as a university educator. My student satisfaction scores have always been in the "excellent to outstanding" categories. Many of my past students are now successful doctors, scientists, teachers, health educators and researchers around the world. I feel honoured and privileged to have helped them on their own unique learning journeys to achieve their school, university or career goals.

About the lesson

I use a broad range of teaching methods which are specifically adapted to meet the unique learning styles of my students. I use visual, practical and auditory methods of teaching and hope to inspire each of my students to achieve academic excellence. “Tenacity, Integrity and Passion” is my motto with respect to teaching and learning. I am approachable, friendly, professional and respectful towards all students and have experience teaching students from a diverse range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
