About Sherry
My name is Sherry. I have practised yoga for more than ten years.
Five years ago due to my PhD studies, I was stressed. I started heavy training at the gym (4 times a week). It was a great physical and mental activity, but I was still getting out of balance from time to time dealing with challenging situations in my life. That's when I committed to daily yoga practice. I cannot deny the impact yoga has in my life and peace.
