About Syen
I am a self-healing practitioner with a strong passion for wellness. Yoga has been in my life for over 10 years and i understand the potential benefits it can offer to every individual.
Wellness was once my full-time job before covid, but since then it has grew to simply become part of me in daily life.
Experiences training in various part of the world including Bali and Norway have opened me up to various prospectives. It is my hope that more people can benefit from what i have to offer, especially beginners who needs a bit more support to boost their confidence! I am rather good at converting people, so you've been warned! ;)
Yes I am proud to note that 9 out of 10 beginner students of mine falls in love with yoga and continue training with or without me. It is my ultimate reward and joy to see you grow and feel better as a human being. Whatever your reason is to start yoga, i'll be here to walk with you. Classes will be in the combination of vinyasa, hatha and yin, depends on individual's need and fitness level.
It will be your practice, not just me doing a flow and you follow.
