About Vaish

My journey with yoga began 3–4 years ago as a way to bring physical and mental balance into my life. Amid the demands of modern living, yoga became my sanctuary—a space to reconnect, find calm, and embrace harmony.

What started as a physical practice soon transformed into a way of life, teaching me to slow down, breathe deeply, and cultivate inner peace. Yoga has helped me grow, heal, and thrive, and it continues to inspire me every day.

In our classes we help students those who want to loss weight and balance harmones naturally.Additionally we also teaches some accupressure and shares some special detox drinks for healthy life.As a perks of the students we also conduct one day zumba and meditation sessions in a week so that students can feel relax and feels happy.
