I conduct daily yoga classes, including Ashtanga- vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, for students of all levels. A typical lesson plan would start with 5 mins of mindful breathing followed by the type of class you opt for and a 10 min body mapping session for complete relaxation.
