About Jian Luc
I am Brazilian, 30 years old, and have been training for over 12 years. I began studying the subject more deeply after being diagnosed with a herniated disc at age 23, followed by another one at 25. I then decided to pursue a university degree, followed by postgraduate studies. Through this process, I focused on individual limitations and on designing the best training program tailored to the specific person.
