About Malyna

I like to make sure my students have fun while learning self defense and I've been told multiple times that I'm a patient teacher. I'm passionate about sharing what to do in case of a potential attack because I believe it's an important topic to learn.

About the lesson

Lessons start with stretches and then step-by-step techniques until the student feels like they have a grasp of the moves. In-person lessons will be at a park during daylight hours only and online lessons require a partner to train with. Must sign waiver before lesson. Workout or comfy clothes without zippers and pockets recommended. Please put long hair up in a ponytail or bun and do not wear jewelry. Don't forget to bring a water bottle! :)
