My Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons focus on solid fundamentals, positional awareness, and safe, effective training. As a blue belt with four years of consistent training, I understand the challenges beginners face and how to explain techniques in a clear, approachable way. Lessons are adapted to each student’s goals, fitness level, and experience.
