I am a certified yoga instructor and also Pursuing Bachelor in yoga And Naturopathy I am practicing Yoga for more than 6 years. Through Learning yoga a person knows his/her body and mind better and yoga is the best way to maintain your physical health. Learning Yoga improves our Mental, Physical as well as Spiritual Health. It energizes our system.
